TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD customers in Montréal through financial transactions, banking advice, and personalized service within a 37.5-hour workweek. Use customer experience skills to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions clearly.

As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline branch banking for existing and prospective customers. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while providing information about banking products and services. Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management support accurate daily execution.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Complete business processes and assigned objectives on time
• Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes

• High School diploma and one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication abilities
