Use bilingual English and French communication skills as an RBC support agent in Montréal, servicing complex credit recovery transactions. Analyze customer finances while mitigating risk.
This full-time RBC position supports Credit Management and Recoveries operations. You will apply knowledge of RBC products and services, resolve issues, and fulfill client needs through multiple channels. The work requires organization, multitasking, and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payment and maintenance requests on the Service Platform
Communicate with customers and obtain relevant financial information
Fulfill client needs at the first point of contact
Complete assigned accounts under Credit Management and Recoveries guidelines
Recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bilingual English and French communication skills required across Canada
Strong Credit Management and Recoveries process knowledge
Experience with CACS, TS2, MSWord, MSExcel, SRF, OLBB, OLMS, CART, Outlook
Strong organization, work ethic, and self-motivation
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bring bilingual service, credit recoveries knowledge, and risk awareness to RBC client transaction support in Montréal.
