Credit Quality Assurance Analyst

Credit quality assurance expertise supports Fairstone Bank’s hybrid team through loan audits, policy reviews, and evidence-based lending feedback. This full-time position strengthens decision consistency.

The Credit Service Quality Analyst reviews consumer loan applications processed by lending specialists. You will assess underwriting accuracy, documentation, credit decisions, income verification, and Ability to Pay calculations. The role also supports exception decisions, reporting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Complete risk-based and routine loan file reviews
• Validate identification, income, liabilities, and housing expenses
• Document findings, severity, impact, and policy references
• Prepare quality scores, trend reports, and remediation updates
• Provide feedback and conduct corrective-action follow-up reviews

• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
• Three years’ experience in lending, adjudication, quality assurance, or audit
• Knowledge of unsecured lending and income verification
• Understanding of credit bureaus, ATP, and lending policies
• Proficiency with Excel, loan systems, and reporting tools
