Capital Markets Business Integrator

Location: Montreal

Lead complex securities initiatives as a Capital Markets Business Integrator with National Bank of Canada in a strategic transformation role. Apply trading and financing expertise to shape scalable solutions.
As an Associate Director or Director, you will assess and integrate new products and activities across Capital Markets. Your work will connect operating models, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and integration strategies. You will influence decisions while supporting business growth and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess new securities trading and financing products
Define operational, regulatory, and risk requirements
Shape target-state operating models and strategic recommendations
Align Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Treasury
Establish governance, controls, plans, and deployment strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
Seven to ten years of relevant Capital Markets experience
Strong securities trading and financing product knowledge
Front-to-back process and market infrastructure expertise
Experience leading large-scale transformational initiatives
Bring analytical leadership, stakeholder influence, and capital markets expertise to integrate complex initiatives at National Bank of Canada.
