Bilingual Investment Services Assistant

Use bilingual communication and client service skills to support investment professionals at CIBC Wood Gundy in Montréal, serving high net worth clientele. This regular position includes 37.5 weekly hours.

You will provide administrative assistance to Investment Advisors as they plan and manage client investments. The position combines client engagement, organizational efficiency, financial products, and business development. You will help maintain files, answer questions, and support client account servicing.

• Support Advisors with client investment planning activities
• Maintain timely responses to client requests
• Help direct assets into suitable financial products
• Collaborate with teams to meet client needs
• Attend local events and participate in outreach

• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience with administrative support and client service
• Understanding of investments and financial products
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking in decisions
