Guide TD customers in Montréal through banking solutions, service transactions, and digital education while developing expertise as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee.
At TD Canada Trust, this trainee role builds customer relationships through advice, account support, and problem resolution. You will understand financial needs, recommend appropriate contacts, and explain mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position includes training, onboarding, and mobility within the assigned district after training.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice, transactions, and banking problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Complete accurate processes and documentation under regulations
- High School diploma or one-plus year relevant experience
- Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
- Demonstrate banking solutions and process knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers and related teams
Build customer relationships at TD through banking advice, digital education, accurate transactions, and thoughtful financial guidance in Montréal.
