Personal Banking Associate

Support TD customers in Montréal through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education at a branch office. Help resolve financial needs with sound judgement.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while guiding clients toward appropriate banking solutions and staff contacts. The role covers new accounts, investment advice, digital banking, and problem resolution. You will also support frontline transactions and branch processes.

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, education, and problem resolution
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete accurate processes and documentation under regulations

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
