Support high-net-worth clients at CIBC Wood Gundy in Montréal through bilingual service, administrative expertise, and investment account support. Work arrangement details are discussed during interviews.
As a Client Associate, you will support an Investment Advisor and team within Wood Gundy’s brokerage department. You will maintain client files, assist with investment plans and proposals, and redirect assets to suitable financial products based on advisor-determined profiles. French and English fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain compliance standards across client files and interactions
- Support Investment Advisor administrative processes and team activities
- Assist with investment plans and written client proposals
- Answer client questions and follow through on requests
- Verify signatures and resolve documentation gaps
- Current Registered Representative accreditation in good standing
- Financial services or brokerage industry experience
- Working knowledge of various quotation equipment
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
