Business Credit Relationship Manager

Build strategic commercial relationships for Desjardins through business credit knowledge, negotiation, and personalized financial solutions. French knowledge is required for this position.

This Account Manager serves as a key intermediary between the business centre, members, and clients. You will analyze business needs, recommend integrated offerings, and negotiate applicable conditions. The position requires understanding commercial credit risk, financing practices, loan contracts, and business products.

• Identify member and client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Promote and sell Desjardins business products and services
• Recommend strategies supporting volume, profitability, and relationships
• Analyze dissatisfaction and recommend potential solutions
• Ensure portfolio risk management and product satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• At least eight years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, and institutional credit risk
• Knowledge of financing, credit management, and recovery practices
• Ability to perform financial and external-environment analyses
