Member Experience Advisory Agent

Support member and client experience at Desjardins through personalized banking advice, digital guidance, and attentive service. French is required for this position.

As an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience, you help members and clients feel welcome, address their needs, and support financial empowerment. You advise on banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, and recommend suitable distribution channels. You also identify business opportunities and refer specialized needs.

• Support members using technological tools and applications
• Provide advice about banking transactions and operations
• Promote Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
• Assist with fraud or irregularities and refer appropriately
• Follow compliance, security, and risk management rules

• High school diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Effective communication and customer focus
• Tech savvy and adaptable approach
