TD Customer Service Banking Associate

Serve TD customers onsite in Montréal by processing financial transactions and recommending banking solutions tailored to their needs.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD Canada Trust customers through accurate transactions, advice, and concern resolution. You will identify needs, promote suitable products, and complete branch processes while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role requires clear communication and careful handling of confidential matters.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes timely
• Recommend operational improvements supporting operational excellence

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
