As a Member and Client Experience Advisory Agent at Desjardins, you help create satisfying experiences while promoting cooperative values. You advise on financial products, services, and distribution channels, open accounts, process transactions, and identify opportunities. Your work also includes personalized referrals, fraud assistance, and technology support.

• Welcome members and clients while addressing their financial needs
• Advise on Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
• Open accounts and support financial transactions
• Promote applications and technological tools for self-service
• Assist with fraud cases and process required transactions

• High school diploma in a related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French required
• Knowledge of security measures and internal controls
• Understanding of financial services cooperatives
