Personal Banking Customer Service Associate

Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust in Mascouche through banking transactions, personalized advice, and responsive concern resolution. Hours total 37.5 weekly.

This Customer Experience Associate serves existing and prospective customers within Personal and Commercial Banking. You will connect personally, explain banking processes clearly, and identify opportunities to promote products or refer customers. Success requires initiative, accuracy, organization, changing-priority management, and effective verbal and written communication.

• Connect personally with customers about banking solutions

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
