Banking Customer Experience Associate

Customer relationships drive this TD Banking Associate role, where communication and problem resolution support a positive branch experience. Work location is Montréal, Quebec.

At TD Canada Trust, the Personal Banking Associate handles day-to-day customer advice, service transactions, and financial needs. You will understand customer priorities, recommend banking solutions, and refer customers for new accounts or investment advice. You will also educate customers about digital banking while supporting frontline staff and reporting non-standard matters to management.

• Engage customers regarding advice, transactions, and banking solutions
• Resolve customer problems and exercise confidential matter judgement
• Build confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Report critical and non-standard matters to management
• Recommend branch process and practice improvements

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
• IFC or equivalent certification within 90 days
• Customer experience skills and effective communication
• Ability to manage changing priorities independently
