The position reports to the Branch Manager and works with specialists in investments, mortgage financing, and other areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations
- Advise Personal and Small Business clients on appropriate solutions
- Support mortgage renewal and renegotiation processes
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs
- College diploma or equivalent
- Mutual fund representative licence, or obtain it within three months
- Advisory service experience
- Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
- French-language proficiency
