Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Drive financial planning and analysis at Securitas Technology Canada using advanced Excel, forecasting, and financial modeling to clarify business performance.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and decision support. You will analyze financial and operational results, develop management reporting, and translate complex information into actionable recommendations. The role partners with senior stakeholders and business leaders while supporting strategic initiatives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Analyze results, trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Improve reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, economics, or related discipline
• Five-plus years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling and analysis skills
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, statements, and management reporting
• Must be bilingual
