Use strong SQL and bilingual communication as a Data Analyst II at Gestion Zagora, supporting verified reporting across Canada and the United States.
You will join the Data Strategy & Innovation team and report to its Head. The work spans Finance, Asset Management, Operations, Accounting, and Leasing. Your analysis will replace manual reporting with automated, verified numbers for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate rent rolls, unit counts, lease terms, collections, and vacancy
- Build reconciliation checks and resolve operating team variances
- Validate ERP migration data sets and sign off clean records
- Produce bilingual weekly and monthly KPI reporting in Big Query
- Answer leadership questions by defining metrics and presenting findings
- Strong SQL with joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
- Comfort reconciling large, inconsistent data sets line by line
- Clear written and spoken French and English
- Background in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or quantitative studies
