TD Branch Financial Services Associate

Deliver frontline financial services at TD Canada Trust in Montréal, handling customer transactions and banking questions with accuracy. Work 37.5 hours while supporting reliable, personalized branch experiences.

In this Customer Experience Associate position, you will help existing and prospective TD customers understand services, products, and solutions. Your responsibilities include transaction processing, confidential customer needs assessment, concern resolution, and timely business processes. TD also expects participation in team effectiveness and personal performance development.

• Process financial transactions under TD procedures and regulations

• High School diploma or relevant experience of one year
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
