Portfolio Finance Reporting Manager

Lead portfolio reporting and performance analysis for Lighthouse Software Group, coordinating data, deadlines, and decisions across software businesses.

This Finance Business Partner works with portfolio controllers, finance staff, legal, and group leadership. You will consolidate results and commentary, challenge budget assumptions, investigate variances, and maintain reporting processes. The position also reviews accounting work, supports audits, and keeps multiple stakeholders aligned with group reporting cycles.

• Prepare Monthly Business Reviews across portfolio companies
• Consolidate financial results and commentary for leadership
• Compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain portfolio data templates
• Review journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Three to five years in accounting or finance
• Experience with multi-entity or portfolio environments preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication with leaders, auditors, and legal counsel
• Ability to manage stakeholders and reporting deadlines
