Senior Trade Finance Operations Manager

Location: Montreal

Lead trade finance operations at TD Securities in Montréal, applying lending expertise and risk management in a hybrid work model.
This senior manager leads the newly established Working Capital unit within Global Trade Finance Operations. The position oversees Supply Chain Finance products, corporate borrowing accounts, and end-to-end operational processes. Success requires knowledge of trade finance instruments, LoanIQ, credit lifecycle management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Working Capital procedures, controls, resources, and training
Manage working capital transactions and corporate borrowing accounts
Oversee reconciliations, documentation, profiles, records, and monitoring
Partner with Product, Technology, Governance, Control, and Origination
Lead teams, escalations, service levels, coaching, and process improvements
Requirements:
University degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
Knowledge of banking procedures for trade finance instruments
Expertise in lending, credit lifecycle management, and LoanIQ
Leadership, communication, analytical, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
Availability for at least three office days weekly
Bring trade finance, LoanIQ, risk management, and people leadership expertise to TD Securities’ Montréal operations team.
