Under the supervision of the Manager, you will enhance the effectiveness of policy initiatives through strategic planning and communication. You will collaborate internally and externally while managing projects and maintaining quality records. Your dedication to cultural competency will support efforts related to Inuit communities and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support project working groups
• Conduct research for policy development
• Prepare presentations for executive meetings
• Maintain and report on project activity records
• Assist with budget planning and reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of policy experience required
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication abilities
• Cultural awareness of Inuit priorities is essential
• Educational background in relevant fields preferred
