Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts from negotiation to closeout
• Draft and assess contractual documents and amendments
• Engage with legal teams to mitigate contractual risks

Requirements:
• A minimum of five years of contract management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
