This role in the Director's Office is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in policy development and compliance. You will guide the governance process, advise senior leadership on strategic decisions, and monitor overall policy performance. Engaging stakeholders effectively is crucial to ensure collaborative success and risk management within the PPS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and align corporate policy framework with strategies
• Oversee policy governance and compliance initiatives
• Propose strategies for emerging policy risks
• Advise senior leadership on critical issues
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary policy teams
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• Significant experience in policy development
• Recent experience with senior executive advisement
• Ability to produce high-quality written communications
• Bilingual proficiency (CBC/CBC) required
