Position: Contract Senior Special Advisor IM/KM
Location: Montreal

Take on a pivotal role as a Contract Senior Special Advisor in IM/KM with a Government of Canada client. Your strategic insights will shape critical initiatives in command and intelligence operations.

This senior-level advisory role is crucial for a Federal organization enhancing its Information Management and Knowledge Management capabilities. You will leverage a minimum of five years of experience to provide exceptional strategic counsel to military leadership. Your strong stakeholder skills will help engage across complex environments while you prepare vital documentation for operational success in the JISR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and operationalize IM/KM strategies

• Create and review Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documents

• Manage operational support within a JISR framework

• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders

• Document strategic plans and capability reviews

Requirements:

• Must possess Government of Canada Secret security clearance

• 5+ years in operational and strategic planning

• Knowledge of current JISR initiatives

• Experience in supporting capability integration

• Strong skills in executive-level communication
