Hagerty Consulting seeks an On-call Emergency Management Planner in the Response Cadre to assist state and local agencies during crises. This role demands immediate availability for deployment.
As an On-call Planner, you will be entrusted with advisory roles in Emergency Operations Centers. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in emergency management or related fields, along with a solid grasp of NIMS and ICS. Your work will involve reporting, supporting logistical coordination, and facilitating successful disaster responses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise in Planning Section using ICS frameworks
• Research data trends and prepare analytical reports
• Provide support during operational briefings
• Collaborate with logistics for effective mission execution
• Coordinate incident objectives with partner agencies
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in relevant emergency management experience
• Strong understanding of NIMS and ICS strategies
• Willingness for 24-72 hours notice deployment
• Capability to handle 12-hour shifts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
