Microblading​/Permanent Makeup Technician

Maison Aqua is seeking a skilled and passionate Microblading/Permanent Makeup Esthetician to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in microblading, cosmetic tattooing, lip blush, Permanent eyeliner and related beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing top-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microblading and cosmetic tattooing services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and hygienic practices.
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized service recommendations.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing expert advice and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer clients the latest services and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records, including service details and preferences.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional spa environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in Microblading and/or Permanent Makeup.
• Proven experience in microblading, cosmetic tattooing, and related beauty treatments.
• Strong understanding of facial structure, skin care, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and precision.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines strictly.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as eyebrow shaping, lash extensions, or skincare.
• Experience using different microblading tools and techniques.
• Ongoing education in beauty services and trends.
