Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue
Un établissement de santé dans la région de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue recherche un(e) technicien(ne) en travail social pour un poste à temps partiel. Le candidat retenu offrira un soutien aux patients gériatriques après une hospitalisation et participera à l'élaboration de plans de services individualisés. Le travail se déroulera en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire, assurant des soins adaptés aux besoins des patients.
Un DEC en travail social et la capacité à travailler avec une clientèle francophone et anglophone sont requis.
