In this role, your frontline healthcare experience will help you assess complex disability claims and develop tailored recovery plans. You will engage deeply with clients, employers, and healthcare providers, ensuring each individual receives the support they need to navigate their health challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage short-term and long-term disability claims
• Develop recovery plans with a focus on functional readiness
• Implement crisis intervention techniques for client support
• Analyze data to track recovery trends and successes
• Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proficiency in both French and English for client communication
• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability in emotionally complex scenarios
• Strong team-oriented mindset with tech-savviness
