Become part of Serene Aid’s team as an on-call Occupational Therapist, performing assessments to enhance client care across Ontario. This flexible role allows you to work based on your availability and area preference.
In this project-based Occupational Therapist role, you will conduct essential client assessments in various community settings. Your assessments will identify functional abilities and home adaptations necessary for client safety and well-being. This opportunity is perfect for OTs looking to integrate work with their current practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform client intake assessments in home and community environments
• Assess activities of daily living (ADLs) effectively
• Evaluate safety and mobility needs of clients
• Develop assessment documentation and recommendations
• Collaborate with families and healthcare stakeholders
Requirements:
• Current registration with COTO
• At least 1 year of relevant assessment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and driver's licence preferred
• Ability to obtain professional liability insurance
