Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join their team across Canada. In this position, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), follow Individualized Service Plans, and promote dignity and safety. Engaging with residents through conversation and various activities is key to brightening their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Follow and document Individualized Service Plans
• Promote safety, dignity, and resident independence
• Engage residents in conversation and activities
• Support dining services while maintaining cleanliness
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED; must be 18+
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Strong communication skills and compassion
• Reliability in providing effective care
• Ability to enrich experiences for memory care residents
