Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training efforts in the absence of Senior National Training Manager

• Coach and mentor new trainers within the team

• Develop training programs for both new and seasoned field teams

• Conduct field visits for hands-on training and coaching

• Update training materials and production of new manuals

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in business administration or related fields

• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments

• Two years of training experience in patient support programs

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
