Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and understanding their needs through quality after-care and consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for clients
• Guide customers through device fittings and consultations
• Drive sales of hearing aids and accessories
• Engage in community outreach for hearing health awareness
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist or Master's in Audiology
• Registered with the relevant regulatory body
• Computer skills:
Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS systems
• New talent welcome, including students
• Strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
