Anthesis is hiring for an Adult Development Program position, focused on seniors with developmental disabilities. The DSP Instructor/Senior Companion role requires driving a personal vehicle, supervising participants, and delivering daily living support in a structured schedule from 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The pay range is $23.50–$24.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursed at IRS rate. CPR/FA certification is mandatory, and prior experience with senior care is preferred.
