Santé Québec - Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal recherche un kinésiologue pour un remplacement à temps plein à l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne, dans la direction du programme de soutien à l’autonomie des personnes âgées. Vous interviendrez en équipe interdisciplinaire pour améliorer l’autonomie fonctionnelle des patients adultes/gériatriques.
Votre rôle consiste à évaluer, concevoir et superviser des programmes d’exercices sécuritaires tout en respectant les besoins et les restrictions médicaux.
