Position: ICON Clinical Trial Coordination Role
Location: Montreal

Join ICON plc as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, a role crafted for those passionate about clinical research and trial management. This position focuses on the essential tracking and reporting of clinical documentation, alongside effective supply chain management.

As a key member of the ICON team, you will support various aspects of clinical trial administration, ensuring that all documentation is properly managed and site evaluations are conducted efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include budget development, regulatory submission preparation, and effective communication with investigators to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report essential documents, including safety reports

• Manage clinical supply logistics and document workflows

• Prepare IRB/ERC submission packages accurately

• Develop and negotiate site budgets and contracts

• Organize and support investigator meetings

Requirements:

• B.A./B.S. in Life Sciences preferred

• 1-2 years in a relevant clinical research position

• At least 2 years in budget management and negotiations

• Fully bilingual in French and English

• Proficient IT skills; especially in MS Excel and related software
