Case Manager at Student Wellness Hub

Become a pivotal Case Manager at McGill University's Student Wellness Hub, focusing on student mental health. Provide client-centered support while integrating diverse cultural perspectives for effective mental health services.

The role involves a comprehensive approach to manage urgent and complex student cases at the Wellness Hub. You will navigate clinical challenges, develop partnerships with community services, and ensure students receive timely mental health support. Candidate must possess a Master's-level license, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access to mental health services for students

• Facilitate partnerships with treatment providers and hospitals

• Coordinate urgent and complex mental health cases

• Track referrals and monitor student health follow-ups

• Provide expert consultation to campus clinicians

Requirements:

• Master’s-level licensed Mental Health professional

• Minimum 3 years of related experience

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Ability to make independent clinical decisions

• Experience supporting diverse communities
