Lead the Clinical Monitoring function at Alimentiv, a global CRO dedicated to GI therapies. This managerial role focuses on team development, quality oversight, and regulatory compliance.

As the Clinical Monitoring Manager, you will oversee daily operations within the Clinical Monitoring function, managing Clinical Operations Leads and contractor resources. With a robust background in clinical research, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of monitoring services. Your leadership will drive process improvements while collaborating closely with project teams and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Clinical Monitoring function, ensuring project compliance

• Develop and manage Clinical Operations Leads effectively

• Oversee resource planning and staffing across multiple projects

• Partner with leadership to enhance site monitoring strategies

• Identify and resolve clinical monitoring issues proactively

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of clinical monitoring experience required

• Proven leadership in managing clinical research staff

• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical regulations

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Ability to thrive in a global, remote environment
