This senior consultant role within the Urban Acute Operational Informatics team specifically aims to improve health outcomes by empowering end users. Collaborate with frontline staff, IT, and senior leadership to optimize Connect Care implementation and troubleshoot user challenges. Your leadership in clinical informatics will shape workflow enhancements and promote digital literacy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and support of clinical informatics initiatives
• Analyze user behavior to enhance system satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams for optimal solutions
• Train and educate staff on clinical workflows and systems
• Manage implementation conditions for inpatient and critical care departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in health informatics with an undergraduate degree
• 10 years of clinical experience in healthcare delivery
• Active membership in a professional organization
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Detail-oriented with experience in organizational change
