Crisis Mental Health Specialist - ER & Triage; Eve/Wknd
Location: Montreal
Dialogue seeks a Mental Health Specialist (ER & Crisis) for evenings and weekends to assess and manage high-risk mental health cases within the platform. You will perform crisis interventions, safety planning, and coordinate with emergency resources to ensure timely, appropriate care.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a mental health field, 2+ years of relevant intervention experience, and comfort with computer tools.
