Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of technical dispensing processes
• Receive and process prescription refill requests and verbal orders
• Assist customers with queries on the sales floor
• Maintain and update patient profiles and records
• Check emails and respond to pharmacy inquiries
Requirements:
• CCAPP Accredited Pharmacy Technician Education Program
• Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Proficient in MS Office and pharmacy software (Kroll)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accept feedback and work independently
