Terms of employment:
This job is for a full-time position, between 30 and 40 hours per week. Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job starts as soon as possible.

Language requirement:
English or French.

Salary:
Wage offered is between $19 and $23 per hour.

Location:

ShGu lives in Côte St-Luc, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood; school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (#51). The major intersection is Serbrooke St. O and av Clarke.

Duties may include:

- This job is to help with the care of four children, ages 16, 14, 11. and 8. Several children suffer from chronic medical conditions and require special care and attention

- Organize simple games and activities to provide amusement and exercise

- Help with the care and supervision of the children, especially when parents are not home.

- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise

- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required

- General housework that will include doing laundry.

- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education

- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training

- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision
