About the role
We are looking for a Talent Management Assessment Specialist to join our Talent Strategy team!
In this role you will lead the implementation of standardized assessment practices across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, working closely with the Assessments team as the Subject Matter Expert, to transform the way we hire, identify potential, and develop our talent.
Here are a few ways you'll make a difference:
Lead the technical components of assessments, including data gathering, analytics, tooling evaluations, and capability deep-dives across platforms (e.g., Workday, vendor systems).
Develop and refine processes and tools to support the effective adoption of assessments and the implementation of technology solutions leveraging Workday. Stay informed on best practices and tools to recommend improvements that enhance these processes and trainings.
Design and deliver training for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and business leaders on assessment utilization and application.
Collaborate closely with vendors to extract data from completed assessments and work with stakeholders to apply this information to employee development and talent decisions, crafting insightful narratives about our talent pools.
Monitor the completion and effectiveness of assessments by developing KPIs and dashboards, using insights to guide improvements in debriefs, training, and processes.
Conduct Success Finder debriefs for Director-level and above to support development planning and coach leaders on SHL-led debriefs for quality and consistency.
What you bring to the table:
Strong at leading and implementing change management methodologies and processes from beginning to end.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Business or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Expert certification in Success Finder; SHL knowledge is beneficial.
Experience in human capital consulting, with 5+ years conducting debriefs for senior leaders (Directors and above).
Strong communicator with emotional intelligence, able to deliver constructive feedback independently and ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of assessment standards, ethics, and best practices, coupled with an inclusive approach to assessment development and delivery that values diversity.
Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using Excel, with the ability to develop KPIs/dashboards, derive insights and execute process mapping and improvement initiatives.
Skilled in leveraging systems such as Workday and vendor platforms to meet requirements effectively.
Project and program management skills are an asset, along with a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and an innovative mindset.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
