Join DRW as a Talent & HR Operations Coordinator and support the team in a vital 12-18 month contract. Focus on talent acquisition coordination and HR operations to enhance the employee experience.

In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with recruitment and HR operations teams to coordinate hiring activities and manage onboarding processes. Your proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial as you assist candidates and staff throughout the HR lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics effectively

• Serve as primary contact for candidates and HR-related inquiries

• Deliver engaging new hire orientation sessions

• Support day-to-day HR transactions and employee offboarding

• Assist in special projects related to recruitment operations

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition roles

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on candidates

• Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems

• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting expertise
