Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to the growth of our consulting activities by identifying, engaging, qualifying, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, while promoting the company’s reputation and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Your missions

• Represent the company’s values and reputation through consistent, professional, and engaging communication with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and relevant recruitment channels.
• Build, maintain, and develop a strong pool of qualified candidates aligned with current and future business needs.
• Qualify candidates by phone, assess their skills and motivations, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
• Conduct qualification interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process as their main point of contact.
• Match candidate profiles with business needs, evaluate their suitability, and ensure accurate follow-up in recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities, role requirements, and market insights.
• Develop and update job descriptions and role specifications in line with business needs and internal standards.

Profile Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or candidate management, ideally in a consulting, technology, or international environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, professional networks, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate qualification methods, and market mapping techniques.
• Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent English required;
  Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail when assessing candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Proactive approach, curiosity, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
