Position: Allianz Trade HR Generalist Role

As a key member of the HR team, you will support employees by managing inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll, benefits, and profit sharing information

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries

• Collaborate with internal and external legal resources

• Conduct new hire onboarding and maintain employee records

• Create detailed HR reports and presentations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in an HR support capacity

• Knowledge of employment law and compliance preferred

• Experience with HR systems and software

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
