This role offers a one-year contract in Montreal.

Your mission will involve managing the recruitment cycle for Class 1 drivers, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and collaborating with the Transport Operations Supervisor. This role requires you to tackle diverse sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates while effectively tracking recruiting metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Class 1 driver roles

• Utilize job boards, social media, and industry contacts for sourcing

• Verify qualifications and conduct interviews with potential candidates

• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline using ATS

• Prepare offers and coordinate new-hire onboarding documentation

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in recruiting Class 1 drivers

• Understanding of transport compliance and licensing standards

• Bilingual in French and English at a professional level

• Exceptional communication skills with organizational proficiency

• Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent experience
