As Trackforce expands its SaaS platform for physical security solutions, we are seeking an experienced Recruiting Strategist. This role enhances recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. You will create effective partnerships with hiring managers and use your sourcing expertise to find exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering roles
• Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to align on needs
• Source talent proactively using industry-leading platforms
• Serve as a recruitment subject matter expert
• Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout recruitment
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter
• Strong communication skills in English;
French is a bonus
• Ability to influence hiring with data insights
• Organized and energetic in a scaling SaaS environment
