Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment activities and onboarding procedures

• Administer benefits programs, maintaining compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR generalist or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws
• Proficient with ADP and other HR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in French and English if employed in Canada
