Support a diverse workforce as a Human Resources Coordinator at BRP in Valcourt, Quebec, playing a crucial role in the First Year Experience program. This position focuses on enhancing the onboarding for employees globally.

Reporting to the HR Service Manager, your key responsibilities include managing operational data, collaborating on HR knowledge content, and supporting offboarding processes. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of HR experience and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate operational activities for new employee programs

• Ensure accuracy and updates of onboarding data globally

• Contribute to the enhancement of HR content accessibility

• Support the analysis of offboarding requests and data trends

• Maintain and track the Global Services HR budget

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline

• 2-4 years of applicable HR experience

• Proficient in content management and collaborative tools

• Bilingualism in French and English is required

• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
