You will actively source candidates, especially for challenging roles, and enhance overall employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment searches for all hiring needs

• Source candidates proactively through various channels

• Provide onboarding support for every new hire

• Keep candidate management systems updated and accurate

• Develop strong relationships with educational institutions

Requirements:

• Five years or more in talent acquisition roles

• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English

• Experience engaging passive candidates

• Familiarity with competitive sectors such as skilled trades

• Ability to thrive in a less structured business environment
